Homeless Assistance Leadership Organization. 2000 DeKoven Ave., will host the first of two Food Entrepreneur Lecture sessions on Friday; the topic will be what it takes to start, run and manage a food business. HALO’s business incubator kitchen can be rented by small business owners. Here on Wednesday, Roseanne Mattefs, the kitchen’s manager and owner of Sweet Somethings Pastries, makes chocolate-mint layered brownies for a local restaurant.
