Gateway Technical College Culinary Arts Program
Gateway Technical College gives students an educational edge as they participate in hands-on opportunities including event catering, fine dining and food production at the college’s dining service. Gateway’s Culinary Arts associate degree program places emphasis on food purchasing, specialty food preparation, dining room operation and quantity food preparation and sanitation. Students will also learn hands-on all business aspects of restaurant operations as well as preparation of different foods.

Milwaukee Area Technical College Culinary Arts Program
This program fuses the art and science of cooking with an introduction to critical business management. You will receive rigorous culinary training, leadership skills and the positive, collaborative attitude needed to excel in the food service world. Students learn classical techniques, as well as develop critical thinking skills within an integrated front-of-the-house curriculum. Learn firsthand to run a successful restaurant operation and prepare lunch or dinner for the MATC Culinary Arts student-operated Cuisine Restaurant.

Braise Culinary School
Classes can be demonstration style, hands on or lecture and open to all levels of cooks. Classes are not credited. All classes are held at Braise Culinary School (unless otherwise noted), located at Braise Restaurant, Private, customizable classes are also available, starting at $65 per person.
